In response to your question of Ant. I think you will find that it is not ANZ looking at the individual clients accounts it is the recievers doing it for them. Very distinct legal separation to give ANZ deniability later. But take it from someone who has appointed recivers and administrators before the recivers do whaterver the secured creditor tells them to do and they will be Delloites not ANZ in name only.
