Kurt - get out now - you've invested in a deceitful and duplicitous operation that's headed south big time. They know they have made a major error of judgement and it's all downhill from here.
THE ONLY WAY OUT IS TO BUY ALL THE SHARES THEY SOLD BACK! There are too many different scenarios for a cents in the dollar settlement and ANZ Bank's reputation is a shot duck at the moment. It's a hideous situation for the ANZ IMHO.
