their shares in last few months they need to offer them the
choice of cash + interest based on the highest price
since 27/3
or their shares back
Anything else is totally unacceptable and
they are still saving further reputation damage,
damages and court costs.
If they dont offer these 2 choices IMO any other
settlement offer will not be accepted and then it will
cost ANZ far more through the courts.
