Dear madmarket, I am not on any high horse. It seems that given you have lost it seems that any person to raise any issue about investors in opes gets slammed by you and others. i didnt imply anything.
Dude, i feel sorry for the losses incurred, but I also feel for those effected by HIH, the recent moratgage fund collapses. I am niave to some things and dont understand the attraction of opes had to many who never had margin loans.
If you wanted a margin loan for a speccy, Opes was the way to go and the risks attaching. But it seems that many of the 1200 never wanted margin loans for that purpose.
