I will say for the THIRD time. None of the risk section was on the agreement most of us signed. The fact that they added it to the website in February and to the new agreement at the same time is an indication that Opes/ANZ knew they were in trouble in this area...otherwise why change it?

Also, Roddy Meagher QC, which will know slightly more about this than you would, has indicated that he believed the Opes agreement did in fact indicate that Opes Clients retained title over shares
