And silly as it sounded to some when I mentioned it weeks before mediation even finished, ANZ can't afford to settle and are saving every penny (even a couple of hunded million - $585m owed less $350m they alledgedly put on the table) for what lies ahead. They'll be raising capital at $10-12 now if they are smart.
