5 employees of the bank had opes accounts...this has been verified by multiple press articles
it therefore follows that the 'bank' knew and was on notice regards the opes alleged fraud
the crawford report indicated that the senior executive and board were not aware. IMO that is irrelevant as the 5 employees with opes accounts, represent the 'bank'. the latter being responsible for the actions and representations of its employees
by sacking the 5 employees, the 'bank' does not just then walk away and say 'we have taken appropriate action'
the matter is not ended
