I don't understand FJ's reason at all. Haven't the family noticed that the family member committed suicide?
I can't vouch for their willingness for this to be made public, but this judgement really only potects are the ones who want to sweep it under the carpet. ANZ, ML, Dresdner, ASIC.
FJ, the family would welcome some compensation and damages. Did you ask them? Or sinply act on the ANZ lawyers request for supression?
