Welcome back ANT. I have read into the court direction and Nick Harding and Clint Bradshaw could be giving evidence against ANZ in this trial as ANZ is the 1st and 5th respondants on the beeconwood trail.
Have you heard of the first guy? also looks like Nicks wife also giving evidence.
You could only read between the lines that it would deal with BO and they were ANZ employees.
I would rather not the trial be put further out as there would be no real need for further discovery with possible evidence like that. Pure speculation, but the court documents could support that conclusion. We can only hope.
