Hello Everyone,
Well, well, does anyone think ANZ will be ordered to Buy Back Shares after the 15th of Oct. 2008. In my humble Opinion this should be the Case,however ANZ's Broker presently may be working on having the Opes Prime affected Shares as low as possible on the 15th of Oct 2008 so that good Accounts when this saga first emerged would now possibily be in debt so as to possibily back ANZ's actions to Sell down ALL Opes Prime Accounts. If this has become the Case it is Rubbish and the Portfolio Valuations should have been on an applicable date in March.
Anyway in my opinion ANZ had NO Rights to Sell down 'in order' Accounts at Opes Prime.
Enough for now.
P.S. (from a NON Opes Prime or ANZ Client however I have suffered huge losses as a result of ANZ's actions on the Market).
