Hi The 3 judges had decided before they entered the court what their ruling was going to be. The questions they asked Charles Sweeny and their comments showed their intentions . They had piles of documents which should have been read before giving their decision but the gave their ruling after the 1 hr lunch break. Kangaroo Court at its best. This case should never have been heard by the Federal Court it should have been in The Supreme Court. I hope that these judgements are reheard some day in the future by the Supreme Court as this has just bought into law an avenue for the banks or whoever has enough monies to remove the rights of persons who have not agreed to a settlement. My respect for the Judicial System after this fiasco is ZILCH Towie
