As far as I am concerned sanity has prevailed and the 4 or 5 outliers (who all seem to be the only active ones on this thread) cant wreck it for the other 795 sane people.
The way the appeal was dismissed was pretty devastating for the Sweeny's. The sitting judges basically said that they were on totally the wrong track, that the Scheme was valid, and that they needed to stop wasting the courts time. They stopped just short of saying "and get out of our court".
I feel sorry for Fowler who IMO is just a pawn. I hope he is not footing the entire $100,000 bill.
