Ernst & Young has settled with Ferrier Hodgson, the adminstrators of Sons of Gwalia for their inadequate audits of Sons of Gwalia...about 19c in the dollar for creditors.
Given that we know Ernst & Young, the same auditors of Opes Prime, are likley to also be in the firing line by Ferrier Hodgson for their failed role in Opes, i would have thought this settlement could bode very well for Opes creditors.
