    If Hawkswood aka OPES aka Deloittes wanted to chase ADY perhaps they should commence some type of proceeding, but that would be futile given 30/09/2008 is 15 days away.

    ADY do not dispute the Hawkswood Loan, they won't get their $$$$ until 30/09/2008 as agreed.
