I could say my opinion here of this saga and why it happened but the last thing I want is to be somehow, no matter how improbable, caught up in a seemingly large battle regarding any "irregularities". The Directors may be looking at their passports wondering when they might be seized. We are talking about high profile, serious players within Australia who may be in sig trouble (particularly Emini, Gillooly and Smith), plus as some are recognising, their are HC members who have very sig p/folios who understand the laws of defamation and who may be pressing the panic button.
