Surely the PR boss has to go. Fancy allowing their receivers to do this on the same day that Ruddy is handing out $10B and saying spend, spend, spend.
Even thought the numbers of clients affected are relatively small the press will have a field day.
Hopeless effort, and really not very smart on the part of ANZ. Anything but the week before Xmas, guys.
