"To Creditors
We today met with the Committee of Creditors and worked through the high level terms of an indicative settlement proposal. The Committee resolved that the proposal should be submitted to creditors in due course for consideration.
We will advise creditors of the key terms of the "global settlement" proposal next week after a formal agreement setting out the terms and conditions of the proposal has been settled.
