everyone should stop the speculation and wait till next week.
Chinese whispers are very much at work here. I don't think anyone knows what the detail is.
The creditors committee has recommended it be put to creditors. Just wait and see, accept, or dont accept.
A 12 month wait would certainly sway me towqrds litigation on the grounds of M&D.
BTW Beconwood is ready to go on the 10th. We may not have to vote on any deal untill this is well underway....
