The figures I heard were based on $250mill from ANZ, so what about the $80mill that Merrils were going to kick in? And there was also talk of a damages figure.
I would be astounded to think that FH would think this is a favuorable result for Opes clients. If it turns out to be correct then remove FH straight away..enough is enough
