Mich Opes Directors are being investigated by ASIC and some will be charged
Opes 6 not much is known about them except for 2
Opes 1 recieved a $120m bill ..the Recievers will follow through on that ..to the fullest extent within the law
ASIC ..are hopeless ..it took a shareholder to take the Bio Prospect matter to the takeover panel ..which issued a declaration of unacceptable conduct
ASIC are now pressing on the substantial shareholder matter
Opes Clients ...Duped Woodducks ..very smart angry people..who dont like being Decieved ..this will play out
ASX ..ducked this one ..I for one ..think they should have been seeking daily supervision as they did with Tricom
The focus is on the case and proving Profound Deceiption
ANZ are the focus as they "Sold our Shares" and are in part the "puppet masters" of the fiasco
