mydog contact ASIC with youre concerns ( oh and the media to) seems ANZ taking control and selling shares as banker and first creditor hasnt lodged substantial shareholder notices ( this might put it in breech) if laws dont cover it in terms of being nominee and creditor secured in nature.
There does seem to be no legal precedence i can smell this eventually getting to the high court.
