On the positive side of things, the recent withdrawal from Tortay Oil protrayed a company, and perhaps more importantly, their contacts, thing big. A possible Hong Kong partner is an example of this. She's been set up to backdoor a project into her IMO and it looks like it won't be an old tenement in the desert somewhere. LOL
