in the thread where we discuss the legal position of contract law in this situation (nemo dat etc) of anz and Opes taking security against assets that are owned by other people beyond their liability.

can you please point to where in the terms and agreement the assignment of ALL securities is made. I am sure it is there, because you have posted 30 times it is, and this is what the whole Opes saga seems to be about- all I am looking for is what they wrote so I can look at it. Can you please reply to one of these emails. i read the PDS and can't see it.
