I think its more accurate to say for IMF no win=no profit. That said, they may accept that the Opes case is a liitle more high risk, thats why they are seeking to test the waters with Beconwood. We should get a verdict by the New Year.
For those interested in IMf, they should also look at the recent announcement about Pan Pharm.
