I wonder if ML are still at the negotiating table since they were just bought out (went broke), and I also wonder if they still plan to hand over the surplus funds!?
Moped raised the prospect that ANZ may fold soon and I assumed it meant ANZ would settle soon. But, what if they do fold? Scary and very ironic thought.
People are saying it can't happen, but these people will become fewer by the day if the pillars of Wall St keep crashing down.
