    It appears clsoer that the Opes affected holders will get something ... 30c in the dollar has been knocked back .. although isn't the real sticking point 30c in thedollar compared on what valuation ???

    Looking at SLA now compared to then 30c in the dollar would be OK if it was based on the price at March ??

    They can get back in now and no harm done, other that the mental anguish and hardship ..
