Where did you see the Opes portfolio? - Goldman's were throwing it around, but the funny thing is I have seen over $1b worth of securities and positions and WRR was not there.

Just so you understand in an unwind situation the most liquid stuff is sold first by the financier to get the loan back - you wouldn't even bother with WRR when you have the top 200 to sell.

ANZ were custodying some positions and therefore there's some question to their rights over the entire collateral, in which case the injunction would stop any selling.
