"The administrator of Opes Prime and its two banking creditors will commence mediation on 22 September 2008. Former judge Alex Chernoz will lead the negotiations between ANZ Banking and Merrill Lynch and the administrator of the failed stockbroker".
May the mediation be quick and fair. I hope FH are not too p**s-weak. There is a lot more to this than the preferencial security, with a litigation discount.
Anyone know anything about this Chernoz fellow? Hopefully not best mates with Fink.
