JL was the wrong guy to take on a bank. He came across as a lightweight with no b@lls.
i lost total confidence from the meeting of creditors. ANZ have used him in their game and won for now. played like a fiddle. i will be very interested to see if JL has the balls to pursue then for preferential creditor status. that is one area that ANZ were clearly dishonest.
I will be launching proceedings, but not with a funder. i have the resources and will take it all the way. There is a real case but i agree with fat bob, we have all done without the money for the last 6 months a level head and learning to live without it for a while will make the fight a lot easier.
