What I don't quite get is how FH can say that everything was "goin well". Clearly it wasn't.
I'm starting to believe the lawyer's picnic story a bit more. Seems no one wants this to be over, and this includes ANZ's lawyers who wouldn't mind staying in court for 5 years either.
