This is not a good result. It's amazing how many times you think that big, reputable companies, who are supposed to be looking after you, will to the right thing, and then they simply don't.

I am amazed how this is unfolding precisely as I was warned it would at the very beginning.

- Bank will never settle
- Liquidator will milk it for all its worth and deliver nothing.
- Clients's money will be compeltely eroded in various fees over many years.
- ASIC are hopeless

I am wondering if there were any widely held views that have been disproven?

I did warn opes investors 2 or 3 days after the postings started that this would happen.

It is a dialogue of the deaf on these threads.

At least anz price will head north from hereon in.
