There will be no fair result mediation-wise that's possibly one reason why it hasn't been offered by the ANZ - won't get voted in successfully.....too many different scenarios. ANZ are stuck now and in a far worse situation than I think we all imagine because we are all beaten down by their intermittent reinforcement and the world market collapse.

Believe me ...... they don't want it to go to court. But it's almost unavoidable.

There is a solution so take it seriously Mike because the court option will produce a lot of painful anger and lengthy frustration...........for ANZ in the end and I would imagine it "could" all be rather costly.
