And do not expect to see ASIC do anything on the alleged breaches of the Corporations Law by ANZ/ML by not lodging notices.
This is a mockery of the rule of law IMO...and makes one wonder why ASIC exists at all.
Perhaps there needs to be a Senate enquiry into ASIC and their mandate.
