ASIC also needs to be put on notice about the lack of such warnings and disclosures in the Opes FSG.
More immediate though is whether ASIC have the list of 700 stocks that ANZ sold off, and whether they plan to monitor activity in these in the lead up to the netting off date, leaked as being 15 Oct. I may even suggest to them that they should consider restricting all Opes account holders (and any related parties) from trading in these stocks in the week leading up to 15 Oct.
