I guess you can have a good look at the ANZ margin lending FSG and margin lending brochures at to how proper documents should be done to explains risks etc in leveraged products.
Really strange how ANZ had its logo on the OP FSG and they allowed that to pass as a document that should be used for clients to read and understand to make an infomed judgement on making an investment.
Pretty obvious it was totally lacking given the risks that the structure involved.
