I know things are not easy for you ATM. I know from experience that the pain you feel is real, but the thoughts in your head will cause exponential pain for those around you and close to you if acted on.
Like many here I have made and lost millions over my years in the market. If you have done it once you can do it again, it will just take some time.
I would suggest you have a read of Viktor Frankl's 1946 book Man's Search for Meaning if you have chance, hopefully it will help you to deal with your feelings.
