The bit on voting is very clear, shares have to be recalled to vote at any meeting, a vote cannot be manufactured, very clear.
Custodian is someone who holds the shares for the counter parties.
So much great reading on how share lending is meant to work. Looks nothing like what OP and ANZ were doing.
Very interesting how Mr Smith thinks he has a strong case, as far as I would be concerned IMO, the AMSLA was abandoned without doubt by the parties at all levels.
