Me think the OP document and FSG did not cut it as a retail client document and I don't think it was approved by ASIC as all retail PDS's should.
Under the Corporations Act, a retail client must receive a Product Disclosure Statement
(“PDS”) from a financial services licensee before acquiring a financial product. The PDS
is the document that sets out the significant features of a financial product, including its
risks, benefits and costs. The purpose of this PDS is to provide you with sufficient
information to make an informed decision in relation to the acquisition of financial
products offered
