Very interesting reading in the AFR today. Please take note of the comments made by Laurie Emini. OP was described as an ANZ agent and was built around the ANZ model. Seems the bank knew of this model and knew exactly what was at stake in their meeting notes. I think we have said this all along that OP was an agent relationship to feed ANZ's share lending operation. This just gets worse for our friends and the wound is now being reopened. It is going to be very difficult to prove the "we just did not know line". They were so entagled in their dealings there is no esacape of ignorance.
