We have always had a huge issue with the "$95m round robin"
It degraded the pool by $95m in securities and increased the debt by $95m
Thus a degradation of some $190m ..we alledge and now Asic alledge..whilst the firm was (according to Asic) insolvent
It is reasonable to assume as ASIC seems to ..that ANZ knew the firm was insolvent
As principle banker ..once you withdraw credit a firm is toast ..so intellectually ..not a huge leap to make
My bet is ASIC will be looking at them to make good on the above at least
Next we turn to M+D and or Fraud and the rest
