Just re read the article the $260m worse off figure could easily be the numbers i rattled off in my previous post
ie the Total
It seems to reconcile ...
How does it work if ANZ are in deficit ie $260m worse off if the charge etc is reversed ..do they also become an unsecured creditor
ie Clients Equity $540 plus ANZ $260m ..= $800 over $260m pool
ie less than 30c in the dollar
