I have heard that IMF have put out a press release. Should be in tomorrows press I guess. Apparently they are claiming $150m in damages in a group action against ANZ.
FH and ANZ have had their chance to come up with a reasonable offer. They have blown it now. The price to ANZ just went up another $150m.
IMF have been very very patient IMO, giving the parties 7 months to lay an egg, but I guess they just thought enough is enough. No more prancing around now. You have had your chance to sort this. Now IMF could be calling the shots.
