I think the article contains more info (eg the 25% of value threshold) but it is still incomplete, as one might expect from a leak. There are a few more scenarios that just the March 27 and Oct 16 dates that will need to be in the official release.
It is a worry that ASIC has to do something. How long will it take them to assign their precious "resources" to get this thing tabled, so we can have all the facts?
No mention at this stage of when the money will be paid either.
