It is hard to see why it would take too long to pay any settlement amounts to creditors. There may be some legal issue to tidy up, but to hang on to $250 million to cover FH costs for 3 to 5 years seems a bit extreme. Look like as part of the proposal FHG have their share already.
The time to make payment will be a big part thought.
