What about the lawyers, Booty? Surely they would be up for 5 years in court.
Or, does the funder get to recommend whether the settlement is accpeted or not, even if the lawyers think they can get more from a final, judicial damages and costs order.
You've got to be a bit careful of nutters abusing you on here, but there are some people do have various unemotional and practical bits of chit-chat that are worth following.
I think our months of speculation has been all the richer for the chit-chat, even though we have all been completely in the dark.
