Once again the liquidators have been bullied in the school yard by big ANZ. The fact that we have these people looking after this case makes me feel physically sick.
This whole process has been pathetic.
btw if this does not get up, are we able to vote to get a replacement liquidator to chase ANZ through the courts. I suspect we will see more blatent dragging out and delaying in an effort to milk this thing of fees even further. Would not mind someone with something resembling kahunas representing us for once.
