I assume OPES and ANZ have an agreement in relation to lending requirements. It would be interesting to see if ANZ ever issued funds to OPES contrary to their own lending requirements.
I am assuming OPES clients trusted that ANZ and OPES exercised due diligence hence the reason why they had faith in investing with these parties.
