    Does anyone have an update on the Opes Prime/ANZ mediation? It was due to conclude today i recall.

    Phil stands to recover his 19m lost ADY shares ( or cash)if it goes favourably at 100% return.

    And what about the Panopus v ANZ case that has been deferred on several occasions? Any news on Phil's 23m shares that he lost and was reclaiming?

    With some luck he may recover 42m ADY shares this month and place him high on the Top 20.

    If ANZ has to buy back those ADY shares watch the sp rocket. On the other hand if Phil gets cash then he can buy many millions more ADY shares than he lost with the sp being so low. Exciting times ahead on all fronts!
