Your juvenile understanding of the debate makes you look like a fool.. you persistent retric is just that retric. You have been told numerous times that the entire reason behind the backlash against ANZ is the lack of upfront disclosure in contracts to which they are complicit.
SO no matter how many times you post the 2008 FSG points or how many times you claim it was all there in the contract you are only clarifying to everyone that you clearly miss the point of the debate.
You further demonstrate that the subject matter is beyond you by your last point ..that all shares have been sold...
Any successful legal action will result in restitution to clients if indeed this is the outcome so the fact that securities have been sold in neither here nor there.
