    In which case the clients of Opes would only have a legal case against the Opes directors and not against ANZ, i would therefore presume milesg?
    I fail to see how ANZ will lose beyond the differance between what it is owed and what it sells the Opes stock for, albeit the additional costs of lawyers and court costs if that eventuates.
